Delivery Conditions

Full payment is due upon delivery.
Customer must be present upon delivery.
If customer is not present within 15 minutes upon delivery, then a $0.50/min wait fee will be charged for each additional minute thereafter.
Materials will be placed upon hard surfaces only.
Triple Creek Yardscapes drivers cannot place materials on grass/yards.
All materials will be placed on customer's property only.
Triple Creek Yardscapes will not place materials on public property such as streets, sidewalks or parking lots.
Triple Creek Yardscapes trucks will not drive on customer's yard in order to get materials closer to project. This reduces damages to grass, yards, irrigation systems, etc.
Triple Creek Yardscapes is not responsible for materials once delivered and placed upon designated area(s) specified above.
All deliveries will be scheduled within Triple Creek Yardscapes' hours of operation only. (Please refer to hours of operation on this site)
